Manorial and feudal registers
Registers - what you need to know
REGISTERS
FOR
MANORIAL
AND FEUDAL TITLES
There are not any formal
or government UK registers for manorial and feudal titles (Lord of the Manor
and Feudal Baronies). Except in Scotland where a reputable firm of solicitors
look after a register of Scottish Feudal Baronies. (Solicitors
in Scotland).
In the UK, however, there
are not any government registers.
In the UK the Manorial
Society of Great Britain (and not to be confused of MSOEW) has a register
of manorial and feudal titles which are full titles which have full set of
deeds.
Michael Baxendale of
Newhall solicitors, is the UK’s leading lawyer of manorial
law. His firm supports Manorial Society of Great Britain.
The other
company/platform that is a private company which only registers full titles
(full sets of deeds) is the Armorial Register. (The Armorial Register - International
Register of Arms
The following
platforms/companies are
private and they do not have any legal status. These platforms/companies would
not be supported by Michael Baxendale of Newhall Solicitors. Therefore, the
following platforms/companies should not be used for a genuine title.
MSOEW
Manorial Society of England and Wales.
Their platform does have a disclaimer that details that they do not
guarantee that any title is genuine.
This disclaimer says it all. The vast majority of titles on their
platform are not genuine. The other fact that they detail that Manorial Counsel Ltd sells genuine titles, again highlights their ignorance of what a genuine title is.
Feudal.org.uk is a
private register. Their platform misleads viewers and solicitors that they are
a legal company. The fact that they register titles sold by Manorial Counsel
Ltd says it all. Manorial Counsel Ltd does not sell full titles. Therefore,
this platform is not a reliable platform of genuine titles. If anyone is
unsure, then why not contact the office of Michael Baxendale of Newhall
solicitors for their advice. Solicitors
should steer well clear of this platform or consult Michael Baxendale's office.

Court
of Nobility Membership
Don’t be fooled. This is not a genuine register. It
was indeed founded in 1793, however, it became defunct. The name has been cloned
by nobility. It is not a register of genuine titles.
