LORD EVAN STEVENS 25th baron of patrixbourne   

This is a fictitious title.

We have undertaken substantial research of the title of the feudal barony of Patrixbourne and can confirm that Andreas Stephan Wagner II is the 12th Feudal Baron of Patrixbourne in the county of Kent and the current holder with 'best' title. 

Lord Evan Stevens is a fictitious Lord. He is not registered on any of the Official Peerage Rolls nor any of the Official Hereditary Rolls. Therefore he is using the peerage title of 'Lord' illegally. This has been confirmed to us by two members of the House of Lords.

The title of the 25th Baron of Patrixbourne never existed??  We hold the full lineage and history of this title and can prove this beyond doubt. 

Evan Stevens has failed to answer our email to him requesting that he email us evidence of his title by way of copies of the deeds and legal rights.  The fact is that he does not have any legal rights to this title. He does not hold any valid deeds. He cannot prove lineage by way of genuine manuscripts. 

He has maliciously been misleading people and misleading the Manorial Society of England and Wales (MSOEW) and uses the title of Lord, illegally as well as the fictitious title of 25th Baron of Patrixbourne illegally.
